Additional Information

The Ellerin property is located in Bainbridge Township about 2 miles south of Chagrin Falls, abutting Country Lane to the south and South Franklin to the west. Its 129 acres are within the Aurora Branch of the Chagrin River Watershed.

History of this predominantly wooded parcel indicates that much timber was cleared during the 20th century. Improvement plans were developed based on a master plan produced internally by GPD's Planning Department.
