Campsite Reservations

Campsites must be reserved online at least seven days prior to the reservation or by phone before 4 p.m. the day of the reservation, as walk-up/first-come-first-served camping is no longer permitted. Click here for complete information and rules related to camping reservations.

Boating Permits

Special Uses General Information

A special use permit is required to conduct certain activities in Geauga Park District, i.e. organized events, special equipment, after-hours use, caterers and entertainers (parties, weddings, corporate meetings, animal shows, tents, sporting equipment, inflatables such as bouncy houses).

Please download your preferred file to your computer, then open the file and complete it. Submissions may be:

  1. Printed and mailed to Geauga Park District, Attn: Permits, 9160 Robinson Road, Chardon, OH 44024
  2. Faxed to 440-286-1285
  3. Emailed to
    Note: “Submit by Email” buttons only work when files are first downloaded to your computer.

Please allow up to three (3) weeks for review. During that time, we will hold your facility for you, then report the success of your permit via mail or email.
