Reservable lodges and shelters must be reserved at least seven days in advance. Unreserved lodges are locked, but unreserved shelters may be used first-come-first-served. Please check availability before making plans.

Should you need to cancel, a refund can only be given if you contact us at least seven days prior to your event date; six days prior, a refund is no longer available.

Some reservations may require a Special Use Permit. Geauga Park District’s permitting program authorizes certain uses by the public that may not be part of the regularly occurring visitor services otherwise found promoted on our website.  If you are considering utilizing the Park District for anything outside the scope of those regularly occurring visitor services, please make your reservation as usual, then click here to fill out an submit an application, or call us with questions/for clarification during business hours.
