    Self-guided activities are perfect for times of social distancing, so Geauga Park District has created a number of new ones for you to try.

    Plus, as an added bonus, any Geauga County resident who sends us a picture of a completed activity sheet will be entered into a random drawing, to take place as soon as park buildings reopen, to win some neat Nature prizes!

    To enter a drawing, send a picture of your completed activity sheet to info@geaugaparkdistrict.org with your name, age, hometown, and the Geauga Park District park(s) you explored to complete the activity. Also, please write the words “Self-Guided Activities” in the email subject line. One entry will be accepted per activity sheet per person. Prizes for each sheet will be a $25 gift certificate to The West Woods’ Tree Tops Nature Store (1st place), a $10 gift certificate to the nature store (2nd place), and a bag of maple nut popcorn (3rd place), plus a little Geauga Park District swag for all!

    To enter the contest, send a picture of your finished page (taken in good lighting, please) to info@geaugaparkdistrict.org, making sure to complete the form at the bottom of the page. Also, please write the words “Coloring Contest” in the email subject line. One entry will be accepted per person. Winners will be chosen when park buildings reopen in three age categories: 3-6, 7-12, 13-17 and 18+. Only Geauga County residents qualify to win. Prizes for each age category will be a $25 gift certificate (1st) and one bag of maple nut popcorn (runners-up), plus a little Geauga Park District swag.
